Understanding who we are is the key.

I remember having being taught that I was a spiritual being  with a body but I didn’t fully understand it until I felt trapped in my own body and witness the feeling of who I was (the witness of what was happening ) to how my body was reacting (anxiety attack)

"Death is the stripping away of all that is not you. The secret of life is to die before you die" -- and find that there is no death".                                                                                             Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now

I started my journey to self healing, after being challenge with a lot of health problems. I have gone through Anorexia as a teenager, negative thinking patterns, Anxiety disorder, chronic pains, Fibromyalgia and other immune system disorders.

I wanted to know who I truly was and what I could do to transform into what I was meant to be. What I knew .The deepest truth that is inside of me.

I am passionate about all of the crazy parts that composes us, mainly our Energy bodies. Society hasn’t really taught us about who we are and the miracles of transformation that we can bring to our lives when we live accordingly to who we truly are. When we bring harmony and balance, connecting body, mind and soul.

My life has shifted to a healthier more conscious being since i’ve learned, achieving and creating a life I actually have designed and want to live in. Through the process of my own healing I am living an intensively and prosperous life.  My desire is for others to accomplish the same. I love and I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my journey with others and to help others heal and achieve their goals and dreams in their own journey. We are creators of our own destinies!

Om Shanti

 What does Om Shanti mean?

Om Shanti is a mantra, greeting and parting salutation used in meditation, yoga practice and Indian religions. Om has no translatable meaning, but is believed to be the sound of the universe, referred to as the cosmic vibration. Shanti is a Sanskrit word that means “peace,” but is also translated as “calm” or “bliss.”

In yoga practice and during meditation, mantras are chanted for the purpose of removing mental distractions and immersing the yogi on a single focusing thought. The mantra, om shanti, therefore, calls forth the cosmic peace.

Meditation

The Power of connecting

"You have a mind, but you are not the boss of your mind.

Often, your mind is the boss of you."

                    ____________________________

In mindfulness practice, we are learning how to return to, and remain in, the present moment—to anchor ourselves in the here and now on purpose,

without judgement

Your mind is your most valuable asset. What’s going on in your mind can make you happy or miserable, successful or broken, energetic or lifeless. In short, the quality of your mind determines the quality of your life.

So, then, what is the value of meditation? It helps you to know your mind, and master your mind (gradually). And this affects everything else, in all spheres of your life.

Worry, anxiety, and stress can be more than distractions. Constantly replaying in your mind daily problems and fears can affect your mental and physical health.

Controlling your attention as you meditate can help you feel more relaxed and at peace. And this peacefulness often lasts far beyond the meditation itself. So when stress appears hours later, you have the means to redirect it.

Meditation lets you become more awake and more purposeful about your actions. It teaches you how to respond, rather than react, to situations in your life.

Meditation sounds simple. But it takes discipline to remain still in body and mind. You have to block out the world around you and quiet your thoughts. You also need to practice at least 10 to 20 minutes a day to get the most out of your meditation.

Moving Meditation

  • Yoga. This focuses on breathing, movement, and posture to help you relax and control stress.
  • Tai chi. This form of meditation combines slow, gentle movements and deep breathing.
  • Walking meditation. With this method, you slow down your walk. Then you can focus on your steps and the movement of your legs and feet.

Qigong Energy Healing

I've completed Qigong 1st level self healing training for self Healing and Chi cultivation.@ Master Zhao Institute in San Francisco California.

I'm currently In the process to expand and continue this branch of Healing Art to Complete a full Practitioner Certification.

What is Qigong?

Qigong, which is sometimes spelled Chi-Kung (and pronounced chee-gung), is the study and practice of cultivating vital life-force through various techniques, including:

  • Breathing techniques
  • Postures
  • Meditations
  • Guided imagery

Qi means "breath" or "air" and is considered the "vital-life-force" or "life-force energy."  Qigong practitioners believe that this vital-life-force penetrates and permeates everything in the universe. It corresponds to the Greek "pneuma," the Sanskrit "prana," or the Western medical conception of "bioelectricity."

Gong means "work" or "effort" and is the commitment an individual puts into any practice or skill that requires time, patience, and repetition to perfect.

Through study, the individual aims to develop the ability to manipulate Qi in order to promote self-healing, prevent disease, and increase longevity.

Medical Qigong

This is the most popular of the three categories. It is the oldest of the four branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the energetic foundation from which acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Chinese massage (tui na) originated. Thus Qigong shares the foundational theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses similar diagnostic and treatment methods.

There are two types of medical Qigong:

  • Self-Healing Qigong, during which individuals practice Qigong exercises to enhance their health, prevent disease, and address illness.
  • External Qigong or Qi Emission, during which Qigong practitioners emit Qi with the intention to heal others. (See more about this below.)  In addition to emitting Qi for healing, a good Qigong practitioner usually prescribes specific exercises designed to help regulate Qi. The patients incorporate these Qigong exercises into their daily practice as well as receive occasional sessions from the Qigong healer/practitioner.
